The project has been fast-tracked to take advantage of the Summer holiday period in Australia, with the first phase seeing 40 rooms open in December and a staged opening for the rest of the rooms and public spaces into next year. It is expected that the hotel will be fully operational by Q1 2020. Guests will be able to take advantage of the dining outlets at the nearby Art Series hotel, The Adnate, whose Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails just opened to huge acclaim; Peppers Kings Square Hotel; Mantra on Murray; and ibis Perth’s Rubix Bar and Murray St Grill, all of which are just a short stroll away from the Novotel and are part of the Accor group.
